Afghanistan Tandoor Bakery
Afghanistan is suffering from record hunger levels; a staggering 95% of Afghans don't have enough to eat [WFP].聽To combat this, we have set up a a Tandoor project in Kabul to feed desperate families.聽
We are providing freshly baked naans every day. Each naan weighs 400g. Our team are distributing 10 loaves of bread to each family, prioritising those who are most vulnerable, including displaced families, orphans and people with disabilities. This project serves over 300 widow-led and vulnerable families on a daily basis.
